Vaidyanatha Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva in Parli Vajinath in the Beed District of Maharashtra, India. The temple was built in 1706 by Ahalyadevi Holkar. Parli Vaijnath temple is 75-80 feet high, while the main entrance is a brass-plated door at the east. The temple was renovated in the year 1706. This Hindu Mandir is also one of the holy places of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Shiva.
The temple also has a historical background and is famous for the names Dhanavantari and Amriteshwari. It is also a temple where many festivals are celebrated, such as Chaitra Padva, Mahashivaratri, Vijayadashami, and Tripuri Pournima.
