Ambaji Temple Banaskantha also popular as Ambaji Shakti Peeth, is a prominent Hindu temple in the Ambaji City, Banaskantha of Gujarat. It is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas. Remarkably, the Shakta pithas, Shakti pithas, or Sati pithas are significant shrines and pilgrimage destinations in Shaktism, the mother goddess denomination in Hinduism. The Ambaji Temple is dedicated to the goddess Shri Amba, another name of Durga Maa. It is one of the prominent Hindu Goddess of Power.
However, the temple of Shri Amba is considered to be a temple revered by the Shakta Pithas sect of Hinduism, attracting millions of devotees every year. It is believed that the heart of Sati Devi fell here, although this is not mentioned in any Purana. It is strongly believed that all the wishes of the mind can be fulfilled just by seeing the Paras Peepli at the Temple.

It is one of the busiest temples of India like Triopuati Balaji Temple and Ujjain Mahakal Temple. So, the Ambaji Mata Devasthan Trust manages all the activities and functionalities of the temple.
