The Char Dham is an essential modern Hindu pilgrimage circuit in Uttarakhand in the Indian Himalayas. Char Dham Yatra 2025 Online Registration

The Online registration for the Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand has started from 20th March 2025. Dharmik Yatra Authority of the Uttarakhand Government manages and regulates the 4 Dham Yatra, and devotees are comfortable with it. The authority has provided the facility of 60% Online and 40% offline slots for Yatra registration. 1. Visit the Official Website of the Char Dham Yatra Registation at https://registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in/
2. On the web homepage, you have to click on the ‘Register & Login” Option.
3. If you are already registered, you can directly log in by entering your credentials.
4. For a new user, click on Sign Up to get registered on the portal.
5. Enter the Name, Mobile Number, and then select the Application Type: Tourist Operator/ Individual/ Family.
6. Next, enter the password and confirm the password. After that, click on Sign Up.
7. You will receive the OTP on your mobile. Verify it by entering it in the column.
8. Now you have successfully registered on the Uttarakhand Tourism Department Portal.

How to register for Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand?

• Now log in to your account, and the Dashboard will open.
• After signing in, you will see the Dashboard with your Registered User type, User name & Mobile number on the left.
• Here you have various options, i.e., Registration for Tour, View/Modify Tour, Manage Tour Info, Registration User Manual & etc.
• Click “Registration for Tour” or “Manage Tour Info” to add a new Tour.
• Select Tour Duration (Date of Entering & Leaving into state) in Uttarakhand from the Date Picker.
• Enter No. of Tourists (If 5 family members are coming to Uttarakhand, then the user has to enter 5 numbers in that field).
• Select the Mode of Travel for Dham that you will use after Entering/Leaving Uttarakhand State. For Example: By Road/By Walking/Helicopter.
• After that, Select the Type of transportation for Dhams and if you have selected by road then select the type of transportation which you will use after entering/leaving Uttarakhand State.
• For private cars and two-wheelers, the vehicle number and driver name fields are mandatory.
• Select the Specific Date of the Tour in front of the destination.
• Click the SAVE button to save and create a tour.
• Once you save the tour info, this is the second form to fill in the Pilgrim details to complete the registration.
• If you created your tour info and skipped Add pilgrim form due to any of the reasons then you have to click on Manage Tour Info button available in side menu.
• Finally, you will see a list of tour/s and can add pilgrims directly. Then, your Yatra Registration will be done.

Steps to Download the Yatra Registration Letter

You can download a pdf of Yatra Registration Letter either from the side menu Manage Pilgrims/Tourist or Download Yatra Letter from Dashboard. The Yatra letter includes a unique QR code of the each individual Pilgrim/Tourist to verify at the time of Yatra.

1. Navigate to the Official Website of the Char Dham Yatra Registration.
2. Log in to your account in the portal. A dashboard will open.
3. Go to Manage Pilgrim/Tourist from the Side Menu.
4. Select Your Tour from the dropdown.
5. Click ‘Download PDF’ from the Download Registration Letter column.

Char Dham Yatra Darshan Certificate

After completing all the required steps for registration, the visitors should complete the verification at Dham required to qualify for the Yatra Darshan Certificate. If you are verified by the dedicated Team, you can download a PDF of the Yatra Darshan Certificate. The certificate includes the Photo of the Pilgrim, Name, Unique code, and the Name of the Dham where you are verified. There are two ways to download the certificate, as mentioned below.

• Visit the Official Portal of Yatra Booking and log in to your accounts.
• Then, Go to the Dashboard or Homepage. Here, you have to click ‘Yatri Certificate’.
• Enter the correct ‘Enter Unique Registration Number’, ‘Enter Registered Mobile Number’
• Then, fill in the ‘Captcha’. Click on the Submit button.
